Public Sector Software

Industrial Strength Public Sector Software
that Solves Real Problems

We focus on finding solutions to the problems plaguing local governments. One core area is enterprise integration. When multiple departments enter the same data into multiple databases, errors arise and precious resources are wasted. Our enterprise integration software is built around data repositories that tie systems together. With improved productivity and data accuracy, our customers can be more responsive to citizens' needs, lower operating costs and increase revenues.

Farragut™ ParcelSync

Perform Assessment at the Speed of Change
GIS and appraisal staff frequently struggle to keep pace with growth. The core problem is that parcel and CAMA data is typically entered and maintained in an inconsistent manner. The impact on the Assessor’s office can be significant:

  • Lost revenues
  • Insufficient resources
  • Frequently, costly appeals
  • Poor data (staff wastes time double-checking requests)
  • Constituent frustration and mistrust

FARRAGUT ParcelSync integrates parcel and CAMA data management. The benefits? Improved data quality means increased revenues, productivity and responsiveness.

Farragut™ DeedSync

Automate Workflow Between the Recording Office and the Assessor’s Office
FARRAGUT DeedSync extends the capabilities of ParcelSync. Mappers need access to recorded documents such as plats and deeds as well as index information that is entered by the County Recording Office in order to map new parcels and enter new land records information (e.g., an ownership transfer). Typically, the maps go through a paper transfer process where a new “plat” is recorded and the mappers get a paper copy of the document. This is often a manual, tedious process that includes the storage of paper copies. Index information (when it is entered) is re-keyed by mappers even though the data has already been entered in the Recording Office.

DeedSync extends the capabilities of ParcelSync by allowing mappers to directly access recorded information and use this information inside of a ParcelSync transaction. By automating the workflow and data interchange between the Recording Office and the Assessor’s Office, DeedSync offers increased efficiency and cost savings.
