Bo Glossip has been with Farragut Systems since 1995. He currently works as a Solution Architect, specializing in Workers' Compensation. Bo is an experienced technologist with over 20 years of experience implementing enterprise solutions utilizing Oracle and Microsoft .NET technologies. He is an Oracle Certified Professional DBA, an Oracle SQL Certified Expert and a Microsoft Certified Professional Developer. Away from work Bo enjoys spending time with his family, cooking and playing video games.

Matthew has been a part of the P&C Division, with the Spectrum Partners account as his primary focus. He has worked in various phases of the software development life-cycle including requirements development, analysis, project estimation, software development, software maintenance and support. Matthew's portfolio of work at Farragut includes helping to build Spectrum 1.1, 1.2, 2.0, 3.0, and now Spectrum 4.0 (moving to .NET platform, and enhancing the system capabilities). His areas of expertise are policy data collection and entry, correspondence/letters, carrier data, and criticism fining of policy data.

Brooke, the lead QA analyst for Property and Casualty products, has been with Farragut since January, 2001. She has a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science from Dordt College in Sioux Center, Iowa. Brooke started as a developer on the Spectrum team, but was 'borrowed' so often for QA test phases that around 2010, she transitioned to a full-time analyst. Brooke has over 15 years of Information Technology experience and possesses a distinct blend of analytical and technical skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze, document, and test business and system processes. Away from work, Brooke enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children, and—when she has some time to herself—singing, practicing yoga, and reading.

Julio is an IT professional with more than 20 years of System Administration experience in a Windows environment. He graduated with a B.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. When he is not working, Julio enjoys playing chess, reading non-fiction books, watching movies, and listening to music.
Jackie Spivey has worked in the programming field for the past 20 years in various capacities and platforms. She has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. At Farragut, she works with the P&C Division as a Software Developer.
In her free time, Jackie enjoys computer games, card games, following ACC sports, and watching movies. During warm weather, she especially enjoys going to the lake, boating, swimming, and spending time with friends and family.

Becky Shafer earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University, a Kansas Professional Engineer’s License and a North Carolina Middle School Math Teaching Certificate. Becky has over 10 years of software development experience. Using C# .NET and PL/SQL, she has developed software that allowed design engineers to lay out substations, helped people quit smoking, and is now helping state bureaus manage worker’s compensation insurance rates. She enjoys music, reading, and spending time with her husband and their two teenage daughters.
Bradley recently joined Farragut as a Software Developer for the P&C division. After graduating from North Carolina State University in 2010 with B.S. degrees in Computer and Electrical Engineering, he worked briefly as a Jr. Embedded Software engineer before returning to school where he received his M.S. in Software Engineering from East Carolina University at the end of 2013. Currently, as part of the Spectrum maintenance and support team, Bradley enjoys the opportunity to use his logic and problem solving skills on a daily basis in a way that positively impacts user experiences. He is excited to be in a position where he can grow as a developer and hopes to be a great asset to the Farragut team moving forward. Bradley is also a big fan of the Carolina Hurricanes, and hockey in general. For the last several years he has participated in a fantasy hockey league where he has found ways to leverage his software skills in pursuit of the league’s cup. He also likes traveling, classic cars, disc golf, video games, watching NC State sports, and has recently started to participate in a fantasy football league.
After graduating from Penn State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Sciences and Technology, he worked for a software company specializing in professional sports software. Brian joined Farragut as a software developer in September 2015. Outside of work, Brian enjoys watching Pittsburgh sports (especially hockey), the occasional Netflix binge, camping, biking, snowboarding in the winter, playing hockey, buying Legos, and traveling north to visit his alma mater.
Tyler is a graduate of Clemson University, where he received a BS in Computer Engineering. Tyler first used his engineering knowledge while working at Itron, Inc., where he quickly taught himself Microsoft's .NET Framework. Later, Tyler joined the Clemson Mobile Innovation Team and worked on the iOS version of Clemson’s official information and services app. Through his work with mobile innovation, he learned the fundamentals of iOS app design and the importance of delivering a quality user experience. Tyler also served as half of the software team behind the creation of Saw it on Screen, an evolving startup. In that role, he learned the fundamentals of front-end and back-end web development.
Tyler’s current interests in technology revolve around mobile and web application design. As a developer at Farragut, he uses his past experiences and passion from his interests to effectively maintain changing software requirements. In his free time, Tyler likes to read, learn about and master topics which benefit his ideals, spend time with friends and family, travel, and grow the startups he is involved in.

Neil Herding has been with Farragut Systems for over 20 years. He currently manages the Customer Accounts for Spectrum, CDX and the DCOs. Neil is also responsible for Business Development within the P&C Division. Spectrum includes Maintenance & Support and Enhancements needed by the Spectrum Partners, CDX includes Central Support Helpdesk and Maintenance & Support as well as DCO specific projects. In his spare time, Neil enjoys going on cruises (17 so far), car detailing, cooking and billiards. He lives in Apex with his wife and their furry children (Shetland sheepdogs).

Barbara has been a Software Developer for over 10 years with Farragut. At Farragut she has worked on the Spectrum Team developing and supporting the workmen's compensation software using Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports and C# .NET and also assists the QA team. She is the Spectrum Maintenance and Support Team Lead managing the development and delivery of the support issues for the Spectrum project. In her spare time Barbara enjoys exercise at the YMCA, music and spending time with her husband and 3 adult children.
Tanya has been a software developer with Farragut since 2010. She has one year’s worth of experience performing data migration and has spent the rest of her tenure doing .NET and SQL development. Tanya is part of the P&C group and is working on the Spectrum project. During her free time, Tanya loves spending time with her two little boys, Killian and Kaeden. She also enjoys gardening, cooking, and going for walks.

Aaron Marcus graduated from NC State University in 2012 with degrees in Applied Mathematics and Physics. He began working with Farragut right after graduation and was quickly promoted into a team lead position for Spectrum Enhancements. Aaron specializes in the WQM, PT, Batch and the technical subsystems of Spectrum and also serves as an Oracle DBA. In his free time, Aaron enjoys watching sports, attending college games and playing board games with his friends.
Chris joined the Farragut team directly after graduating from North Carolina State University with a B.S. degree in Computer Science. He initially worked in data migration and on other Spectrum-related projects and recently has also been involved in supporting and maintaining the CDX web application. Outside of software development, Chris enjoys participating in sports activities with his coworkers and practicing target archery.

Jenny joined Farragut Systems as a Project Manager in 2013. Originally from Canada, she graduated with an Electrical Engineering degree from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, and later completed her MBA at Syracuse University. Jenny brings with her more than 20 years of experience in engineering, software development, and project management, and she has been working as a certified Project Management Professional for 15+ years. Jenny relocated with her family to North Carolina in 2006 after living in both Florida and New Hampshire. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and teenage son, and visiting extended family in Canada.

Ellie joined Farragut as a Business Development Assistant to help identify and foster growth opportunities for the Workers’ Comp team. As she built relationships with customers and developed a greater understanding of Spectrum and CDX, Ellie has taken on more account management and business analyst functions. Ellie started her career as a leadership development associate for a firm where she completed rotations in sales, account management and marketing. The experience and initiative gained through her first job has enabled her to grow and contribute to P&C in the variety of ways.
Ellie received her Bachelor’s Degree in European History from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She moved from Wisconsin to North Carolina in October 2012 and hasn’t looked back since. In her spare time, Ellie enjoys cooking, playing soccer, reading and following Wisconsin sports teams. She is a huge Green Bay Packer fan and has had season tickets in her family for four generations.
Topher graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science with a concentration in Game Development. He first gained an interest in programming around middle school, when he discovered that he could modify the games he played using simple scripts. He continued to pursue that interest into college. In college, Topher discovered that he really enjoyed using the problem solving skills that one develops while programming. He joined Farragut in June of 2014, right after his graduation, where he is happy to work in a field he enjoys. In his spare time, Topher enjoys spending time with his wife, playing and programming videogames, playing tabletop games, listening to music, and writing.
Courtney graduated from North Carolina State University with a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics. He was originally hired as a Data Analyst for the North Carolina Vehicle Tax System (NCVTS) within the Local Government team. Courtney later transitioned to work as a Software Developer for the Workers’ Comp product line, and he has been in that role, with that team, ever since. In his free time, he enjoys playing board games, watching anime, reading manga, and playing harmless pranks on his wife.
Michael graduated from UNC Asheville where he earned his Bachelor’s in Computer Science with a departmental distinction. He started working at Farragut on the Spectrum M&S team shortly after graduation. When not at work he enjoys working on and riding motorcycles, attending motorcycle track days, playing hockey, and playing with his dog.
