Eddie has worked in local government for 14 years as an IT Professional in Software Development. He played an integral part in developing innovative tax solutions for one of North Carolina’s largest counties. He looks forward to bringing that experience to Farragut’s Local Government team and the North Carolina Property Tax System (NCPTS). In his spare time, Eddie enjoys playing soccer and spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Sanjay has more than 12 years of Information Technology management, analysis, and development experience in the property tax domain. Sanjay possesses a distinct blend of management, analysis, and technical skills. Sanjay is a Project Manager in the Local Government division and has earned his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. His strengths include Project/Program Management, Project Implementation, and Team Building & Mentoring. Sanjay has been performing Implementation & Maintenance for the North Carolina Property Tax System (NCPTS), a product created by Farragut for local government. He loves the FARRAGUT environment because it gives him the opportunity to think creatively and grow continuously. In his free time Sanjay enjoys watching cricket and playing with his son.
Jennifer recently joined the Farragut team as a Business Analyst. She has over 10 years of experience working various stages of the software development life cycle. Jennifer is a graduate of Radford University with a BA in Management Information Systems where she was awarded the Outstanding Senior in Information Systems. Before joining Farragut, she worked as a Programmer/Analyst helping clients with software solutions to meet their business needs. While not in the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her four children. She enjoys all things outdoors and is a cub scout den leader.
Arin graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Mathematics, and a minor in Philosophy. He joined Farragut as an intern, but later joined as a full-time software developer in the Local Government division, where he works primarliy on the North Carolina Property Tax System. When not at work, Arin enjoys playing Ultimate Frisbee, watching shows, playing games, and catching up with friends and family.

|Title:||Senior Database Developer|
Bhagwan Singh recently joined Farragut as the Senior Database Developer. Bhagwan has more than 13 years of data architecture, design, development of data models, and ETL experience. Bhagwan has earned his “Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS): Microsoft SQL Server 2008, Database Development” certification. Bhagwan is a post graduate with a Master’s Degree in Computer Application. In his free time, Bhagwan enjoys watching movies and playing with his children.
Derrick graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. He joined Farragut as a software developer with the Local Government team. In his free time, Derrick likes playing sports, cooking and both playing and developing video games.
Brandon graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in Computer Science. He consulted as a Unix programmer while in school. He joined Farragut as a software developer shortly after graduating. In his spare time, he enjoys playing music, playing sports, and traveling.
Nixon graduated in 2013 with a B.S. in Mathematical Decision Sciences from the University of North Carolina, while minoring in Computer Science. He started working in Farragut’s P&C division shortly after graduation. Nixon works on a variety of issues as a contributor to maintenance and support for Spectrum and enjoys the opportunity to apply problem solving skills in many different ways as a programmer. He is excited to learn and grow as a developer, to increase his impact on the project.
Outside of programming, Nixon enjoys following North Carolina professional sports, particularly the Carolina Panthers, as well as UNC collegiate sports. He also likes to spend time playing basketball, softball, disc golf, and home brewing.
Charles recently graduated from North Carolina State University with a B.S. in Physics and a B.S. in Applied Mathematics. In the pursuit of developing his interests and in an effort to conquer his uncertainties of programming, he began to teach himself Python 2 years ago. He quickly began to enjoy programming and wanted to become as fluent in it as fast as possible so that he could express his ideas through code. Upon graduation, Charles decided to seek professional experience in programming to better his skills. He is now thrilled to learn from and be a part of the Farragut team as a software developer.
Stephanie joined Farragut in November of 2015, after spending over 15 years in high school education as an instructor of Spanish. Stephanie decided to make a job change after training teachers on technology for the classroom; she found a whole new passion for working with adult learners to share the benefits software can have on their work. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys swimming and spending time with her family.
Brian is a technology manager who has worked with Farragut Systems for over 15 years. Brian joined Farragut Systems right out of college and has been working with their local government team ever since. Brian's role is to work with the development team to ensure best technology, practices, and tools are used in local government products. Brian likes to bike and play tennis in his spare time.
Max has worked at Farragut as a software developer for almost 3 years, primarily on the NCPTS Billing and Collection application. Max has worked professionally in .NET web application development for 5 years. In his free time Max plays indoor and outdoor soccer, supports the Florida Gators, and tries to keep his dog happy.

Shelley is the NCPTS B&C Account Manager for our local government clients. She joined Farragut Systems shortly after graduating from the University of NC at Chapel Hill. Shelley also plays a key role in organizing relationship building opportunities at tax industry events across the state. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Jean began her career with Farragut as a Jr. Business Analyst on the Local Government team. She works with software developers to build solutions for clients in the North Carolina Property Tax System.
Jean recently received her Master of Management Studies degree from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, where she studied biology and marketing in undergraduate. At Fuqua, she led the food and beverage club by day, was a Resident Assistant, and tutored organic chemistry by night. Jean is known for her ability to travel lightly, write with abandon, and find foodie deals on LivingSocial.
Colin graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Game Development. He was hired out of college as a Software Developer to work with the Local Government team. In his free time, Colin enjoys playing both board and video games, and learning to cook.

Tyron graduated from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems and Operations Management. He recently joined Farragut's Local Government team and works as a Quality Assurance/Business Analyst. In his free time, Tyron enjoys running, playing ultimate Frisbee and spending time with family and friends.
Chris is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in Applied Mathematics. He recently moved from Pennsylvania and joined the Local Government division at Farragut as a Quality Analyst. Chris likes technology, playing golf, watching sports, and spending time with his friends and family.
Zach graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a B.S. degree in Computer Engineering. He joined the Farragut Systems community directly out of college in order to work with their NCPTS team as a DBA. His hobbies consist of a variety of activities, including golfing, juggling, performing yo-yo tricks, cooking, reading, and the occasional video game or two.
Christina graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Computing Informatics and a minor equivalent in Art and Design. She has joined Farragut as part of the QA team supporting B&C products. Outside of work, Christina enjoys spending time with her dog, Maggie, vegan cooking and baking, hiking, and making crafts.
Tony graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. He recently joined Farragut’s Data team and works as a developer on the North Carolina Property Tax System. He has professional certifications as an Informatica PowerCenter developer, Informatica Test Data Management developer, and Data Science Associate. In his free time, Tony enjoys weightlifting, running, boating, and watching Cleveland Sports.

Brendan moved to North Carolina in 2015 from Syracuse, New York to work at Farragut Systems. He has brought over 4 years of professional software support experience with him and is excited to grow and learn with Farragut. Outside of work Brendan enjoys the outdoors and can often be found hiking, riding his mountain bike, or rock climbing.
