Products Offerings
- DOC-Locator
- A fully integrated web-based GIS and Document Management application. Doc-Locator allows the user to
"attach" a document to a map feature. Documents can then be accessed through either the map (for example,
click on a parcel to find a deed) or through the Document Management system (click on a document and find
out what feature is associated by displaying it on a map).
-
- DOC-Locator Sharepoint
- DOC-Locator Sharepoint is the latest release in the DOC-Locator product line. By integrating GIS and
documents contained in a Sharepoint repository, DOC-Locator Sharepoint provides a fully integrated web-based
GIS and Document Management application that relies on Microsoft's Sharepoint technology.
-
- Integrated Parcel Maintenance
- Farragut's Integrated Parcel Maintenance (IPM) is an integrated application that provides that ability
to maintain parcels simultaneously in both Geographic Information System (GIS) and Land Records /
Computer-Aided Mass Appraisal (CAMA) systems through a common map-based interfaced. IPM facilitates data
entry by combining standard ArcMAP map editing tools and IPM's specialized parcel maintenance tools with
existing Land Records CAMA Systems.
-
- Analytical Mapping Interface
- The Analytical Mapping Interface (AMI) is designed to be tightly integrated with CAMA systems and
provides appraisers with visualization capabilities that are vastly superior to those available from
other vendors.
-
- Address Engine
- The Address Engine provides an enterprise addressing authority that allows addresses to be tracked,
stored, managed and accessed through a central repository. The Address Engine melds mapping technology
and database technology to create a composite application which solves many of the current limitations
of existing addressing system.
-
- Enhanced Addressing Tools
- Farragut has built a number of tools within Integrated Parcel Maintenance that allow for more efficient
input of addressing during the parcel maintenance process. These tools also allow addresses to be input
directly into the Address Engine at the same time that GIS parcels and CAMA accounts are created.
