| Farragut Systems has extensive experience with ESRI's Geodatabase and their Spatial Database Engine, as well as Oracle Spatial. We have designed and implemented Geodatabases, for example, for a wide range of data types, including utility data, parcel information, water and sewer, and facilities. In addition, we have developed a number of applications that utilize GIS and database connectivity. CapabilitiesThe development of a database dictionary is a necessary first step in designing and implementing a GIS database. Farragut typically builds and tests a database dictionary during a Pilot Project, revises it based on comments received, and produces a final version prior to implementing a GIS database. The database dictionary is developed with extensive input by the customer to ensure that it addresses critical database issues, such as required linkages.
