Farragut Systems, Inc. (Farragut) has an immediate opening for a Sales Professional to help us grow our business. The ideal candidate will have a high level of integrity, a positive attitude, professionalism, enthusiasm, and an unrelenting desire to succeed.
The Software Sales Professional will be responsible for executing sales strategies based on the corporate philosophy, mission, and culture of Farragut. Candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying their needs and selling our products and services to meet those needs. The candidate should have the ability to interact with all levels of management, including board members, and have an ability to align strategic communication with the business and brand objectives.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining quarterly sales plans
- Obtaining and maintaining lists of prospective clients for use as sales leads
- Calling prospective clients and establishing client’s needs as well as establishing relationships
- Meeting with qualified prospects for further needs assessment and relationship building
- Working with inside technical teams to analyze client needs and recommending products/services that best meet client’s requirements
- Emphasizing company’s principles and values
- Representing the company at trade association meetings to promote products and related services.
- Delivering sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients in coordination with technical team members
- Negotiating and closing sales opportunities at the board level
- Promoting Farragut brand value to potential clients
- All other duties as required by management
